A Roseburg man was cited in a harassment case on Monday.
Information from Roseburg Police said an investigation revealed that a 50-year old man had been involved in a series of disturbances with a 53-year old woman. The report said the man had physically harassed the victim and had damaged her vehicle.
He was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, and for harassment.
He was cited at Templin Beach at around 3:30 p.m.
