A Roseburg man was cited for drawing with markers on Monday.
That may seem unusual but the report from Roseburg Police provides more information.
At about 4:00 p.m. the 58-year old man allegedly used the markers on the Oak Street Bridge near downtown. He was cited for third degree criminal mischief before being released.
