A Roseburg man was cited in a littering incident by Roseburg Police on Saturday.
The RPD report said just before 10:00 a.m. the 36-year old man was found camping in Gaddis Park by the South Umpqua River. The man was cited for littering near a waterway, second degree trespass and for prohibited camping.
He was released after the citation was issued.
