A Roseburg man was cited hit and run property damage and for DUII alcohol on Thursday night after being involved in two accidents.
A report from the Roseburg Police said officers responded to the corner of Stephens and Douglas for a vehicle accident at about 8:40 p.m. Prior to officers arriving, the 28-year reportedly fled the scene and was followed by a witness to where the man allegedly had a minor collision again. The suspect was located on Bellows near Harvard and displayed signs of impairment, according to the report.
Both vehicles involved in the first accident had to be towed from the scene.
