The City of Winston has added online bill pay to its website.
Finance Clerk Cindy Sarti said customers who choose to pay their monthly city services bill using this feature will need their current statement, credit or debit card information and a valid email address to receive confirmation.
Sarti said there is no extra fee to use this option. Account details will not be available online. Residents should have their statement or account number and the amount they wish to pay ready when they access online bill pay. Sarti said credit card information will not be stored and will need to be entered each time the customer accesses the bill pay feature.
