A Roseburg woman was cited for prohibited camping in downtown Roseburg early Tuesday morning.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at about 5:50 a.m. a 70-year old woman was found sleeping in front of a business in the 600 block of Rose. The report said the woman has been contacted about sleeping in that exact spot before.
She was released after being cited.
