One person was cited following a head on crash Tuesday morning on Territorial Highway in the Curtin area.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 11:50 a.m. the wreck was reported in the 960 Block of the road. The report said an 80-year old Oakland man was traveling southbound and ended up in the northbound lane. His vehicle struck a northbound car driven by a 40-year old man from Talent. The first driver refused medical attention while the second driver was not hurt.
The man who caused the accident received a citation for failure to drive within a lane.
