Three people were cited for prohibited camping in various locations on Sunday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said the men ranging in age from 27 to 39 were cited in separate incidents on Northwest Edenbower, on Stewart Parkway and on Southeast Jackson. They were all released after the citations were issued.
