Members of the Oregon Recreational Trails Advisory Council will meet in Roseburg on Tuesday.
The meeting includes program updates and recommendations to appoint new and returning members to the council.
ORTAC was established by the Legislature in 1971 to advise the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and its partners in the development and promotion of high quality non-motorized trail systems throughout the state. The group is made up of seven volunteer members: one representative from each of the five congressional districts and two coastal representatives. The council holds quarterly meetings across the state.
The meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Deer Creek Room of the Roseburg Public Library.
