A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering and for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Thursday.
Information from RPD said that at 1:30 p.m. a 39-year old man had his personal belongings strewn across the sidewalk in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens. Those included trash, food items, bike parts and clothing. The report said the man had been warned the previous day but failed to clean the area up and move.
He was released after being cited.’
