A Roseburg man was cited for menacing on Wednesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 9:00 p.m. two neighbors were involved in a dispute in the 500 block of Harrison. The report said a 54-year old man allegedly ripped loose a 2×6 from the neighbor’s deck and swung it at her. He then stepped close enough to her to spit in her face while he screamed at her.
The man was released after being cited.
