Community members are invited to join staff with the United Community Action Network in celebrating the grand opening of the new Early Childhood Center north of Roseburg on Thursday night at 5:00 p.m.
Those attending will be able to tour the new facility. The event will also be a celebration of UCAN’s 50 years of service to the area. Due to limited parking, people are asked to park behind the Costco gas station nearby.  A shuttle will be provided to go up the hill.
