MAN JAILED FOR TRESPASSING

A Roseburg man was jailed on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 1:30 a.m. the 69-year old was contacted in the parking lot in front of JC Penney on Garden Valley. The man was sleeping in his van at the time and refused to identify himself, according to the report.
He was detained on $1,250 bail.
