A Roseburg man was jailed for first degree criminal mischief on Tuesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said just before 6:00 p.m. a woman advised an officer that a man had just kicked the side of her car near the corner of Stephens and Cass. The incident caused a large dent in her new vehicle according to the report.
26-year old Jeremy Cowan was developed as the suspect and was arrested without incident. He was detained on $50,000 bail.
