A Roseburg man was charged in an alleged identity theft incident on Tuesday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said an officer took a fraud report from the victim on Monday. The suspect had reportedly used her stolen debit card at two businesses. 31-year old Jade Brewer was identified as a suspect and was found walking in the area of Hooker and Oak Tree.
He was charged with identity theft, third degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and for computer crime. He was released from custody early Wednesday.
