An attempt to miss a cat led to two vehicles being hit on Monday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said just after 8:15 a.m. a 66-year old driver was headed south in the 500 block of Ballf when a cat ran out in front of him. The report said the man swerved to miss the animal but then hit a parked pickup. That impact pushed the pickup into the front yard of a nearby residence striking another vehicle in the process. The front bumper of one of the vehicles ended up pushed into the passenger front tire of another.
A tow truck had to separate the two vehicles before they were moved.
No citations were issued according to RPD report.
