PARKS & RECREATION OFFERING LOW IMPACT FITNESS CLASSES

The City of Roseburg Parks & Recreation Division is offering low impact fitness classes
Classes are being held Tuesdays and Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at the Boys & Girls Club. Workouts change daily. The cost is only $1 per class on a drop-in basis. There are no time commitments or pre-registration.
The program is designed for older adults, giving them an opportunity to socialize while enjoying a light exercise routine. Participants will warm-up with some stretching, followed by low-impact exercise.
