Three people were cited for prohibited camping after being found under the Jackson Street Bridge on Monday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said the group was contacted at 9:00 a.m. in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson. They ranged from 20 to 48 years of age. The 26-year old woman also had a warrant for her arrest so was detained. The 48-year old man was also cited for offensive littering near a roadway.
