TRANSIENT JAILED FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING A BICYCLE

A transient was jailed for allegedly stealing a bicycle on Tuesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said about 4:30 p.m. the 27-year old was found outside Adapt on Madrone with a bicycle that had been stolen from a location on Highland Street earlier.
The transient was charged with second degree theft and for a parole violation. He was held without bail.
