A Roseburg man was arrested for second degree counts of sex abuse and unlawful penetration on Friday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said an adult female had reported being sexually abused by 39-year old David Herron at Motel Six. After an investigation the man was detained at about 1:00 p.m.
Following arraignment, Herron remains in the Douglas County Jail on $10,000 bail.
