A Sutherlin man was hurt in a wreck on Old Highway 99 North early Monday morning.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 1:00 a.m. the driver reported swerving to miss a deer in the Dillard area. The vehicle hit the end of the guardrail head on, according to the report.
The vehicle was totaled and the 26-year old driver complained of back pain but declined medical attention.
