A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said just after 11:30 a.m. parole officers reportedly witnessed a 47-year old man slap a 36-year old woman in the face near the corner of Fowler and Diamond Lake Boulevard. Gerald Jordan was detained and a small amount of methamphetamine was reportedly found in his pocket.
Jordan was charged with unlawful possession of meth, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was initially detained on $55,000 bail.
