A Roseburg man was jailed in a theft case on Monday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said a victim’s car was one of multiple vehicles had been broken into in the parking lot of an apartment complex. A credit card from the victim’s wallet had allegedly been used across town the next morning. 39-year old Jeremy Bowden was identified as a suspect and was arrested. He was also reportedly found in possession of some of the stolen property.
Bowden was charged with first degree theft, for fraudulent use of a credit card and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
