A Roseburg man was jailed and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Sunday afternoon.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at about 4:15 p.m. 37-year old Jason Kelemen was contacted in the 1400 block of Micelli after he was reported to be acting strangely. He was allegedly found to be in possession of the drug.
Kelemen was initially detained on $50,000 bail.
