A Roseburg man was cited after yelling and drinking beer on Monday afternoon.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 4:30 p.m. the 67-year old was drinking in Charles Gardner park, and was yelling at people walking on the multiuse path. The man also allegedly refused to throw away his trash that was scattered around.
The man was released after being cited.
