MAN JAILED AFTER REPORTEDLY MAKING THREATS

A transient was jailed after allegedly making threats in the parking lot of a business on Wednesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 10:40 a.m. victims reported a disturbance in the 700 block of Garden Valley, in which the suspect yelled at another man before lunging into that person’s vehicle in an apparent attempt to take the vehicle’s keys.
The 37-year old was charged with 2nd degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
