2 people were jailed following a fight which was allegedly observed by a Roseburg Police officer on Wednesday morning.
The RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. a 35-year old man and a 28-year old man got involved in an altercation in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson. Both were charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct while the younger man was also held for 4th degree assault.
