A Roseburg man was cited after allegedly causing a scene in the parking lot of Mercy Medical Center on Tuesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said 8:00 p.m. the 64-year old was reportedly yelling obscenities in front of children and their families. The man knew he was trespassed and refused to leave, according to the report. Mercy staff said he had also thrown several cigarette butts on the ground even though there was a receptacle for them nearby.
The man was charged with second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and for offensive littering. He was released after the citation was issued.
