With hot temperatures in the forecast, a cooling center will be open from early afternoon through early evening on Tuesday and Wednesday in Roseburg.
Faith Lutheran Church will operate the facility from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The center will offer board games and movies along with a place to cool down and relax. The center is open for both adults and children, though kids must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
No tobacco, vaping, alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed at the center.
