While Labor Day is a week away, some Douglas County school districts are getting started Monday.
According to information from the Douglas Education Service District: the Winston-Dillard, Glide, Elkton and Days Creek school districts are beginning their fall schedule. Umpqua Valley Christian School is starting the school year as well.
Other districts are beginning right after Labor Day. In some cases, not all grades will begin the first day, with many starting on the 2nd day of their district’s schedule.
