Roseburg City Council will meet Monday night with an agenda that includes a special meeting.
Councilors will begin the evening with a public hearing in regards to a resolution for a Regional Business Education Program Community Development Block Grant.
The regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. will include a public hearing for a Housing Needs Analysis and Buildable Land Inventory Legislative Amendment.
Councilors will also consider an ordinance amending Roseburg Municipal Code regarding the disposal and sale of surplus of City-owned personal property. A resolution regarding a Shade Policy will be looked at as well. A few other items are on the agenda.
The special meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the regular meeting getting started at 7;00 p.m. Both will be held in the council chambers.
