A 25-year old driver was cited and released from the Douglas County Jail following a roll over crash on Sunday afternoon.
A report from the Oregon State Police said at about 3:30 p.m. troopers were sent to the wreck near Diamond Lake on Highway 138E at milepost 77. The report said both the driver and a passenger refused medical treatment. The driver allegedly showed signs of alcohol impairment. He was cited for DUII, reckless driving, and reckless endangering.
The vehicle involved had to be towed from the scene as it was on its side on an embankment.
