2 drivers complained of pain following a 2-vehicle accident at the intersection of Garden Valley Boulevard and Airport Road in Roseburg on Thursday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 4:00 p.m. a 40-year old Myrtle Creek woman was driving a sedan on Airport Road facing south, waiting for the light to change. A 30-year old Roseburg woman was driving a mini-van directly behind the first vehicle. The report said the 2nd driver went to apply her brakes but her foot slipped off the pedal and her car collided with the 2nd vehicle.
Both drivers were evaluated at the scene, but were not transported to the hospital. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
The driver that caused the accident was cited for following too closely.
