Greater Douglas United Way is preparing for the kick-off of its 2019-20 Campaign, and its annual golf tournament.
Executive Director Bryan Trenkle said details about the campaign and more insight about United Way’s impact in the area will be shared at the kick-off breakfast on September 5th at 7:00 a.m. at Splitz Family Grill. Tickets for that event are $10 and reservations are being taken now.
Trenkle said the Dave Johnson Memorial Charity Golf Tournament is set for September 13th with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. at Roseburg Country Club. Teams of 4 can sign up as can single golfers. The event is in its 37th year.
