A Roseburg man was jailed for two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine after being contacted by Roseburg Police on Tuesday afternoon.
The RPD report said at about 4:50 p.m. 50-year Kyle Carson was found near the corner of Mosher and Sheridan. He was initially detained for meth possession for an incident on Monday and was also found to be in possession of the drug on Tuesday as well.
He was also charged with a parole violation and was detained without bail.
