The Friends of the Umpqua Valley Police K9 Programs are holding the 6th annual K9s in the Grapevines fundraiser on Saturday September 14th.
The evening includes catered food and wine from Melrose Vineyards, a souvenir wine glass, and presentations from the K9 teams of the Roseburg and Winston police, and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Those attending will be able to enjoy up close demonstrations with an opportunity to ask questions, learn about the program, and hear stories about the dogs, and those who work with them.
DCSO recently announced they are adding a new K9 team as well.
