DRIVER HURT AS VEHICLE GOES INTO A FENCE

The driver was hurt when a vehicle went into a fence Wednesday afternoon on Interstate Five.
A report from Oregon State Police said just after 2:00 p.m. a 69-year old Roseburg woman was southbound on the freeway near the Canyonville exit when the right rear tire blew. The report said the operator lost control and the vehicle went headed off the road via the southbound shoulder of the road. The woman was taken to Mercy Medical Center with minor injuries.
