ROSEBURG WOMAN HURT IN WRECK

A Roseburg woman was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck on Tuesday morning.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at approximately 10:30 a.m. a 71-year old female driver from Eugene was at the entrance to the Roseburg Market Place preparing to pull across all 5 lanes of travel and go into the Bi-Mart parking lot. As her vehicle started to cross, it collided with a vehicle driven by a 38-year old Roseburg woman, which was westbound on Garden Valley.
The second driver was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
