A Roseburg woman was cited second degree disorderly conduct following an incident in the 2400 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard on Monday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:20 a.m. an officer watched a 28-year old transient blindly walk into traffic causing several vehicles to stop in order to avoid hitting her.
The woman was initially detained on $2,500 bail.
