A Roseburg woman was cited after a littering incident on Saturday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 8:15 a.m. the 28-year old was found in a camp near the 200 block of Southeast Pine, with trash strewn all the way down to the river bank.
She was cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and for prohibited camping.
The woman was released after the citation was issued.
