WOMAN CITED AFTER STOPPING IN TRAFFIC

A Roseburg woman was cited after stopping in traffic on Tuesday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 10:00 a.m. the 21-year-old transient allegedly stepped in front of a vehicle in the 600 block of Southeast Lane. The report said an officer watched as the woman stayed in front of the vehicle and made gestures at the driver without moving out of the roadway.
She was cited for second degree disorderly conduct and then was released.
