A Roseburg man was jailed for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and for a parole violation on Tuesday night.
Information from the Roseburg Police said 39-year-old David Obannon was contacted during a traffic stop at the corner of Mosher and Flint. He was initially detained for the probation violation and the second charge was added after he was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was held without bail.
