A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 5:45 a.m. the man was contacted under a sleeping bag in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens, surrounded by personal belongings.
He was released after being cited.
