A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly yelling and screaming early Saturday morning.
Information from the Roseburg Police said by about 3:00 a.m. officers had contacted the 36-year old man multiple times in the 700 block of Garden Valley Boulevard due to what was called “alarming behavior”. Several businesses reported that they were afraid to go out to their vehicles in the parking lot, with the suspect out running around.
