A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping after being found in a vacant shed in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens on Wednesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said just before 5:00 a.m. the 47-year old was spotted sleeping in the building. He was released after the citation was issued.
