A Roseburg man was jailed following a verbal disturbance on Thursday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said just before 10:00 p.m. the incident took place on West Broccoli. A 34-year old man was allegedly outside his residence screaming and cursing and saying he was going to kill his neighbors or anyone who was outside.
The man was cited for 2nd degree disorderly conduct and initially detained on $2,500 bail.
