ODFW TO HOLD MEETINGS TO DISCUSS PROPOSED CHANGES TO REGULATIONS

Staff with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife are holding a series of meetings to discuss proposed changes to hunting regulations starting in 2020.
A release from the department said proposals include changing the western Oregon centerfire bag limit to a buck with a visible antler and a new general session antlerless elk damage tag. Hunters who attend will be able to comment on the proposals.
The Roseburg meeting will be July 9th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will be held at Backside Brewing in Roseburg. Other meetings will be held in Charleston, Gold Beach, Grants Pass and Central Point.
