Roseburg Police charged a man already in jail for an additional count of first-degree criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said the 70-year-old was allegedly seen on camera Sunday throwing a rock through the window of a business in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The incident caused over $1,000 in damage. The man was already in custody due to a separate rock throwing incident. He is now held on two counts of the charge. Bail was set at $10,000.
