In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

The Roseburg High Schools bands will have their spring concert next Monday night, March 16th. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Rose Theater on the RHS campus on West Harvard Avenue. It will feature the Concert, Jazz, and Percussion Ensembles. For those not able to attend the concert that would still like to enjoy it, the show will be streamed live.
