MYRTLE CREEK WOMAN JAILED FOR WARRANT, DRUG CHARGE

A Myrtle Creek woman was jailed for a warrant and a drug charge early Wednesday morning.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 2:40 a.m. officers contacted the 26-year-old after observing her stop abruptly in a parking lot in the 500 block of Northeast Nash Street. She was found to have a warrant for her arrest. The woman was taken into custody and admitted to having methamphetamine in her bra. The substance was seized and weighed about 4.06 grams.

She was detained for having the warrant and for unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,000.
